Toll Free Number

There are 2 ways to get tollfree number. One would be through our number pool. True 800 numbers would have a one time fee of $15. The other way would be by getting a vanity number. You may contact us to verify if the number is available.

If you already have an existing toll free number, you may port it over to us. Transferring your toll free number to us is free. The transfer would take around 3-4 weeks to be processed. You may expedite the transfer for a one time fee of $50.

All you need is to sign up with us then fax a transfer form and a copy of your most recent bill to 1-888-217-4459.

*True 800 numbers are toll free numbers in the pool that have 800 as a prefix.

Call Forwarding

Forward the calls to your toll free number to any number within the continental US. For Slick Cosmo, you may also forward your calls internationally.

Auto Attendant

Make your company sound more professional by putting a personal greeting on your account. You may record your own greeting (per minute rates apply) or hire a professional voice talent through http://recordtalent.com/.

List of Extensions

Give the impression that you have a large company by setting up extensions for different departments.

Call Barring

Prevent specific numbers from calling you again by barring their calls. This would make it a lot easier to prevent prank callers from calling you again.

Report Generator

Call reports would enable you to make sure all charges are valid. You will be able to access this from your on-line control panel.

Virtual Calling Card

Use your toll free account to make outbound calls whenever you need to without the need to buy any prepaid phone cards.

Web-based Control Panel

Your on-line control panel contains all of your personal information as well as the setup of your account. Your control panel will enable you to make changes or updates whenever you need to.

User Account/Voicemailbox

If you're unable to answer your calls, you can get a voicemailbox so people can just leave a message for you so you'll never miss any important call.

Having a user account/voicemailbox will also enable you to forward to a maximum of 4 numbers at the same time or one at a time (Call hunting).

This will also enable you to change the number appearing in your caller ID when the call is forwarded to you as either the caller's number or your toll free number.

System Menus

Having an extra system menu will enable you to have different sets of callflows for different times of the day. You can set up your account in such a way that calls during business hours will be forwarded to you and calls during the after hours are either blocked or would go straight to your voicemailbox (requires an extra user account/voicemailbox).

Conference Channel

Be capable of having teleconferences by adding this service. If you're unable to hold a meeting in person, you can use teleconferencing instead.
